General Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Agreement governs the respectful and confidential engagement with all content, communications, and offerings provided by Raising The Vibes Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“Company”).

By accessing, engaging with, or interacting with any materials, services, or communications from Raising The Vibes Limited, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms:

Scope of Confidentiality

This Agreement applies to all individuals who:

Visit or interact with www.raisingthevibes.com

Participate in courses, events, or offerings

Receive communications, downloads, or energetic transmissions

Collaborate, consult, or engage with the Company in any capacity.

Definition of Confidential Information

“Confidential Information” includes, and is not limited to:

Text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and downloadable materials

Course content, methodologies, spiritual frameworks, and energetic transmissions

Business strategies, internal communications, and proprietary systems

Any materials marked or understood to be private, sacred, or proprietary

This includes both tangible and intangible content, whether shared digitally, verbally, visually, or energetically.

Use & Protection of Information

Participants agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of all shared materials and communications 

Maintain the confidentiality of other participant’s confidential and shared information

Not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, republish, or create derivative works without prior written consent

Use all content solely for personal, non-commercial engagement unless explicitly permitted

Honour the energetic integrity and intention embedded in all offerings.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content featured on www.raisingthevibes.com and associated platforms, including and not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, downloads, course materials, methodologies and energetic frameworks is the intellectual property of Raising The Vibes Limited or its content creators, protected under UK copyright law, trademark law, and international treaties

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, republish, or create derivative works from any Raising The Vibes content without prior written consent from Raising The Vibes Limited, except where explicitly permitted by law

Access does not grant ownership or licence of any intellectual property rights, whether expressed or implied. All rights are reserved.

Sacred Boundaries & Energetic Integrity

Beyond legal protection, this Agreement affirms a sacred boundary:
Participants are asked to respect the originality, intention, and creative frequency of all offerings. This includes honouring the vibration, spiritual essence, and transformational potential of the work

Violation of this Agreement may result in legal action and energetic disengagement.

Duration

This Agreement remains in effect indefinitely from the date of access or engagement. 

Obligations regarding confidentiality and energetic respect survive termination of any relationship.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this NDA from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our offerings. 

The most current version will always be available on our Site. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any updates.
